Worst Pizza I have ever had. Dough resembled that of vetkoek dough. Pizza was way below par as well as the ingredients yet they are priced at R120 a pizza. Total rip off. Not sure if it tastes this way because it is halaal. Hardly any toppings

After reading a few negative comments about this branch, we were sceptical to try them out. I'm glad we took a chance because the pizza lived up to Pizza Hut standards. We were very happy. It's quite spacious for a sit in as well.

The pizza was really good! The prices are very reasonable too. The staff who work with the food are very nice and friendly. There are however some issues with this specific Pizza Hut: 1. The bathrooms are terrible and feel like an after thought. They were clean but uncomfortable. For example there is a paper towel dispenser to dry your hands but there was no bin provided. 2. The staff preparing the food do not adhere to the guidance provided in the preparation line. I am vegetarian but not overly sensitive however there are Halaal options available. When the staff prepare the pizzas the different measuring cups are not used for the relevant items. For example the meat cups were used for cheese, vegetables etc. The rings were also moved from one pizza to another without consideration of the pizza being prepared. As a vegetarian this does bother me however in instances such as Halaal it could result in more than just discomfort. I would suggest that the bathrooms be evaluated for use and that the staff adhere to the specific requirements of the production line to avoid any embarassment and future issues.

Went to Pizza Hut Shelly Beach on a busy Friday afternoon. Service there is very slow, took 40 minutes to make 2 large pizzas when we were told 20 minutes and the excuse was that they only had one person making pizzas today. Aircon doesn't really work inside the sitting area as it's extremely hot inside, so had to wait outside in the car for our order to be made. Food was good and all in order, but the slow service is off putting, they should sort out their staffing issues ASAP otherwise people won't come back to them.

I ordered take away medium sized pizza. Thick base. The service was friendly and efficient. Waiting time not long, about 10 minutes. The end result was good

Extremely poor hygiene by workers. I experienced the same today. No hand hygiene at all at oven or whilst cutting pizzas.
