Please be very careful when booking with this operator. Our booking was never confirmed after we had already paid and we had to phone multiple times get updates. The booking was cancelled (1 hour before departure) and we are still waiting for our refund. Many promises that refund payment has been made, but still nothing. Very, very disappointing experience and would never use them again or recommend to anyone.
Update - 3 weeks later and still no refund, despite the initial promises. Emails sent to request feedback ignored. If you call the number Anna can't help and the account person doesn't answer his phone. Worst experience ever, or lack thereof. We booked and paid for a sunset game drive, and even received a confirmation email. 10minutes after we were supposed to have been picked up we got a call that there was a miscommunication regarding the booking, and that we won't be able to have our game drive anymore. Very pathetic service.
