Not impressed with your service at all. Bus is more than two hours late. Only communication there was, was that the bus gonna be 1 hour late. We are currently waiting 2h20min. We stay 30km out of town, so it's not as if we can go home and wait. I have to start working at 6am, had 3 hours sleep and have to do a 14 hour shift! Guess I won't recommend Citiliner or Greyhound ever again! Will rather ensure our Guests take another bus line. At least I know there will be better communication. Ref: b5v4p8b5

Just wana thank the Call center consultants, they were very helpful. as i booked a return ticket online from Johannesburg to Kokstad last week, kokstad taxi drivers were on strike they were not allowing any passengers to travel with any bus.i had to make an alternative way to go back to Johannesburg. on Tuesday morning the 25th Sept i called the Citiliner center explaining the matter they didnt give me any trouble, they promised to refund me within the next 3-5 working days on the 27th morning i got the refund. thank you so much Citiliner for your valuable service!!!!!!!!

Cockroaches, it's embarrassing. They crawl openly all over. Please take control measures, never thought that Citiliner has got so much cockroaches. You leave the bus with cockroaches in your bags.

I have never received such ill-treatment in any other coaches. If you want to create value for your money, never use Citiliner plus, they're the worst. They arrived late in JHB from Durban and asked passengers traveling to Midrand and Pretoria to change from the Citiliner bus to the Greyhound bus, while we were on our way to the bus, we were told there is no space (in that Greyhound bus) hence we had to wait for the next coming bus, no body addressed us of the matter, no body communicated to us regardless of the fact that we were supposed to be in Pretoria by 05:45 and it was already after 06a.m and we were still in JHB. That time the drivers we were traveling with were nowhere to be found. We tried looking for them and finally found them but they failed to give us answers as to what was really happening. We ended up arriving in Pretoria 1 hour 55 minutes late which is approximate to 2 hours. Let alone punctuality and non-communication issues, our drivers knew nothing about customer service, something needs to be done otherwise Citiliner and Greyhound will loose more clients than they have already lost.

Travelling from JHB to Durban on Friday 13 Dec the bus was meant to leave at 21:15 but by then it had not arrived at the station we were given some half cooked explanation that the bus was being washed. The bus finally arrived and we left JHB at 23:00. The drivers never apologised for being late etc. When I bought the ticket I was told it was going straight to Durban but no it went to Heidelburg, etc When we arrived at Montrose new drivers came on board. The guy was more interested in keeping the passengers warm rather than switch on the aircon and clear the windshield. I was more concerned about arriving safely than being warm. Then he played some horrible church music. My ears were hurting from listening to ir. Passengers should be given an option ( earphones ) of listening or not listen to what is being played on the bus. Will never use this service and will spread the word to my family, friends and colleagues to never ever use this bus service.

I just bought a citilier bus ticket y sister's daughter using my edgars account. The pathetic rude service i got now from this lady who works there at the counter is alarming. I work with people everyday and have never had to treat someone like that. There should be penalties put in place to protect us as consumers from such behavior. We are using our money to support your business. Look around there is plenty options available,but we choose to travel with using your busses. If people are tired of their jobs pls resign so that the innocent people of South Africa get to be served with excellent service in places where they choose to spend their money. I asked her nicely if the edgars thank you card promotion i saw on the window was still on, you don't wanna know her response. I will not be disrespect by nobody in front of my children. I will not. If you don't deal with your staff then you will be a sorry case when your business drops. We can always use other ways to travel you know. I don't tolerate rudeness especially from someone who doesn't know me, or i dont know. Very disgusted.
