The service is pretty good,my only complaint is that they always park in different locations by gate 3 at Lanseria, which if we or the driver hadn't phoned would have meant us missing the bus on more than one occasion.

Have used Citybug for many years to get to and from Nelspruit to the OR Tambo Airport. The drivers are very professional and courteous on the road. And they are always on time when arriving at destinations! The new bigger busses are very nice, modern and spacious. Definitely a very trustworthy and safe shuttle service.

Safe shuttle from O.R. Tambo international airport (Johannesburg) to Nelspruit (Mbombela). The bus was Clean! The driver friendly and the passengers happy! The journey was safe and smooth and on time! I highly recommend it!

Having to book at short notice and looking for the quickest trip, I found Citybug being the provider of choice. Shuttle was clean, staff neat & courteous. All round pleasant experience, on time, no frills and efficient.

Their prices are not that bad especially with the student discount where if you are a student you get R100 off, and the buses are comfortable and clean, the thing that bothered me was that our driver drove very fast, he drove 130 in a 120 km zone, I know this because i always have my GPS on when driving with any shuttle to Nelspruit to give feedback, to my parents on where we are. This is my only bad comment i have to make. The service of the guy where we bought the tickets was great. Thank you for great service, but please double check your driver's drive abilities please.
