Very incompetent people working there,booked my car in on the 12/01/2021 cause it had a noise emanating from the front suspension and it was leaking coolant from the radiator.they submitted to my warranty a very expensive quotation of R22K and they did not submitt a report as to what was the cause of the failure on the vehicle for 3 weeks,i went there on the 29/01/2021 to collect my car because i could see they're not doing anything on it.i took it to another place and found that everthing Ford Nelspruit and their technician said was wrong with the suspension of the car was infact not wrong except for the radiator which i could see where the coolant was leaking from.So i would've spent R22K trying to repair a car and it would come back with the same problem after 3 weeks of it being there and that time they refused to give me a loan vehicle and it was there parked outside.
