Very bad customer service, You que forever the customer service is very poor I was assisted by Joshua Nkalanga he was the only person assisting with withdrawal and deposits this man his very rude he assist people like his in a spaza shop he doesn't greet his always busy talking to his colleagues and collects the cash while looking other direction woww I was shocked mind you our grandfather and grandmother go and deposit everyday they need assistance but there is a playground the ladies working there are always busy with tea tea always. Am shocked I think the bosses must go to that branch unannounced so they can experience the trauma.
