I really appreciate the vets and all the staff working at this amazing practice. They have always been a safe place to bring my precious animals to and they always make me and my fur babies feel like a VIP. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful to me and all my animals!

Extremely caring, helpful and insightful are only a few words I would use to describe Dr Christo. We went to him for a second opinion and was the best decision we made for our Golden Retriever. Truly a great team of people!
The vets here are fantastic, they have a great bedside manner. Christo, Jaco and Danie fo actually care for and about your animals and they go out of their way to call with feedback or updates. The front desk will order in products and have them ready and waiting on arrival. All round the service is great and their clients matter to them.

I've been using this vet for a number of years, the vets are wonderful there follow up is amazing, they are truly dedicated to ensuring the patient is their priority. They have a new receptionist, unfortunately to get to the vet one has to go through the receptionists who are the shop window of the business. On Friday I went to fetch my dogs monthly tablets, the experience was not pleasant I still am unsure that I was charged the correct amount as was given many different amounts. Today I received an sms re renewing my dogs tick and flea quarterly tablet, I went to the new receptionist as Bianca was on the phone, I was completely ignored whilst the receptionist proceeded to deal with the person behind me. It is no longer a pleasure to visit, I won't be back.

was there today , amazing staff , amazing doctors , they do treat exotic animals , my chinchilla had a problem and the dr took care of her , gave us the meds and now just have to get her cured
