Worst gym ever! Equipment never works. The spinning bikes are always faulty and now with covid regulations, half the bikes are available and they don't work. The squad machine's bearings are faulty and someone could really hurt their back. There are only 2 machines so the one that actually works is always occupied. The treadmills' screens are faulty as well as the stepperss'. The leg curl machine is broken. I have lodged complaints and have spoken to other members who have lodged complaints about the same equipment in November 2020 already. The manager doesn't get back to you and is never at the gym. Why am I paying fees but not getting what I am paying for and signed up for??

The facility is very neat, good equipment. Could use some innovative equipment though. Gym is very clean and upheld to good standards. Staff and trainers are very helpful. The Kauai is also brilliant, and service is always great. Great place to workout!

Equipment is never clean, staff never picks up the weights after people just throws it on the ground. We asked for assistance regarding lost personal fitness gear and they just ignored our request. They said they will look for it and call us back asap and we then found it ourselves the next day after they said that it’s not there. Swimming pool didn’t work for almost three months and we did not get any feedback from management.

Facilities are great, but there is total apathy towards the cleanliness of the gym, as equipment is strewn across the gym. Staff dont enforce rules like wiping down equipment, or the need to clean away after use. Sad as this used to be the best gym in Nelspruit but standards have clearly slipped after the past few years. Hope you like paying a premium for admin staff who show total disregard for everything. A gym where the majority of the personal trainers are as approachable as Joseph Goebbels and insufferable gym bros who will show off how much they can bench press, but suddenly have the strength of newborn Bambie when it comes time to clean up after themselves .
