They have the most incredible selection of hundreds of different seeds, teach you what you want or need to know about planting, seedlings, sprouting, pollinators, hand pollination, the list is endless. Take a walk through their gardens and taste their dozens of varieties of lettuce, look at the beauty of the heirloom tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, radishes.....pure gardening and farming pleasure.
I drove all the way from Pretoria to Living seeds (100km) to collect my order as this was my first order from them, and I wanted to learn to know them better. I was treated with total indifference, almost as if I was a nuisance.
