Really not impressed with the service. Almost felt like I was an imposition to the staff. Kids asked for a baloon which was right there and they actually said no. Not a good idea to make kids unhappy. It makes the parents even unhappier. The food at least was good.

So my family and myself decided to try something different seeing that we always went to the same franchise (it rhymes with "blur") for most of our married life. Our last few experiences at said franchise (blur) was atrocious, to say the least. Now, coming back to Panarotti's and what a delight and breath of fresh air this is. The service is prompt, friendly and fast. Waiting time for our drinks is almost a matter of seconds (or at least it felt as such), the quality of food is top of the range (and not to mention the generous portion sizes) and we hardly felt like we were waiting. To be honest, I enjoyed our time here, and my wife agrees as well, so much that I really don't have anything bad to say. And for the parents wondering, there's a play area for the kids as well. Well done Panarotti's, well done.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Management is always on hand. Best breakfast special. Got a card drom Panarottis Middelburg Mall, each time I have breakfast the manager signs the card. After having five breakfast signatures, I received a free breakfast. Highly recommendable.
I decided to give panarotis another change and visited them again, but just to find the poor qaulity of burned food . Was disapointed again!!! Will not take my family there again!!!
Please don't post pics of your pizzas because what you see and what you get is two very different things. Very disappointing.
Visited on 14/12/2019. Great atmosphere, great waiters and waitresses. Food did take long to arrive due to it being the R100 eat as much as you can......certainly worth the wait, selection was fabulous, especially the desert pizza!!
Service was amazing. The waiter even played with my daughter and served our table very well. The dessert was absolutely outstanding.
