It is amazing what and how much a competent Manager can do to repair damaged relationships. I am a customer who was extremely wounded and l had decided to go seperate ways with Builders Warehouse. Staff can mess things up and it is not always so that a Manager get to know. I can proudly say, Builders Express Middelburg Manager brought me back in a flash. So composed and calm, she listened to my complaint, apologised and offered a solution beyond my expectation.
