Exceptional service, highly professional staff. These people go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The dealership is not just clean...it's Monica clean(for those that get the F.R.I.E.N.D.S reference ;) the service centre looks like a hospital and I think the DP running this must be very proud. After a wonderful service I've always enjoyed from this dealership for years, the last time I took my car in for service in October 2020, the service logbook was removed from my car. someone from their workshop stole the book. I'm disgusted to say the least.

Excellent customer service received from this dealership. They went the extra mile when my vehicle came in for an issue with a door latch. Not only did they fix the broken latch, but also replaced a leaking valve cover gasket and replaced my wipers - giving my vehicle the care it deserves. I would definitely take my vehicle to BMW Midrand anytime, for any kind of work. A special thanks to Andries from the workshop department.

Having battery problems (car still under motor plan) and went to take my car in to the dealership and the level of rude was unbelievable. The first person told me they can’t help me because they are off in 30min and the next person was just condescending. So now taking my car to MINI Northcliff because atleast I know that they are gentle and understanding towards customers. I’m really disappointed at the fact that this is my nearest dealership
