The layout of the shop is simple and easy to navigate, as always. They have the latest have a well as pre-played games that you can buy. As well as some merch for the hardcore fans. I do feel that the store is not as lively as it should be - being a game store-

Terrible returns policy. Try to return hardware that isn't compatible and get told its been opened, too bad. Not an option to open the product before purchasing. What's the difference between this and an online retailer in this case? Online retailers with far better returns policies and even a more extensive and better priced range are easily available. In a sink and swim world where online retailers are taking over, it's evolve, or die.

Was pleasantly surprised to find the latest game for my nephew. Prices moderately high though. Good service and easy to shop due to the simple but creative store design

BT games is located in Mall of Africa. They have a decent range of games for the various platforms. There was one staff member at the time of my visit. He was friendly and tried to assist where possible. He was also knowledgeable. The prices of the games are reasonable however I do recommend that you also check CNA who is just a few steps away as they something have the same games for cheaper.

Good service, prices could be a little lower though. Cash crusaders was cheaper on their second hand games than BT games. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star.
