Famous Cleaning well know for their swift response & friendly staff. Always aiming to satisfy their clients. I have used Famous 3 times now and extremely happy with their service, not forgetting their discounted rates to loyal customers. Looking forward to my next clean.

I should have just got a few helpers because that's what I got from famous cleaning at an exorbitant cost. Not worth the money spent and I have to get another company to finish the work.
Terrible service! Having googled the company I made enquiries telephonically. I was advised to send pictures for a quote which I did. I made all these arrangements while at work. Having received the quote funds were transferred into the company account. I was informed that according to company policy they would not come unless they received proof of payment.All this was done. To my dismay my family called me at work and told me not all the blinds were cleaned. Apparently the lady had erroneously given a wrong quote. When she realized and acknowledged her fault she offered a discount on the remaining windows.However the owner, whom l only learned later was the husband, refused to clean the remaining blinds. I paid what was reflected on the quote. I was prepared to pay for the remaining windows less discount but the man was arrogant. My children and my elderly husband who was at that stage not well were frightened and traumatized by the attitude of this man. I called him and tried to explain that it wasn’t my fault that the quote was wrong but he wouldn’t listen. To add salt to injury even those that they cleaned were not properly cleaned. They were still dirty. This man was arrogant and aggressive . One would have expected him to at least apologize. I had to sort assistance from a different company Sandz cleaners who came the following day and did an excellent job. Thanks to them.
I have used this company for the 2nd time last week, 1st time was 2011. Very satisfactory work they have done to my couches and mattresses. The team that came out to my place was both friendly and professional. They deserve my 5 stars rating.
Terrible service. They accidentally used the wrong paint on around the curtain rail holes which they created and then refused to fix the mess. The guy was so rude. Never use them!
