Tje staff at this store are an absolute disgrace. They act as though they are too good to be working in retail and have a serious attitude problem.
Unqualified staff. If you need any technical expertise or links added or removed... not the store to have this done. Only one person at store so if you want to purchase or look at a few watches... you might have to wait a while.

Worst Fossil shop I've ever visited. Bought a geniune leather strap for my husbands watch on the 19th of Nov'18 and returned it on the 15th of December'18 as the strap was pulling apart due to poor quality, now they expect me to pay again for a new strap after wearing the strap for about 2weeks max, apparantly its wear and tear. Pitty Fossil sells such poor quality and even a bigger pitty their staff is not well trained.
