Kiklo has poor service, my connection has been poor, and the service and broadband had been down 2 consecutive weeks, it took them 4 days to come and fix their wires (not in my house just by the way) where they dug them in. Now it's down again. PROBABLY GOING TO BE A WHOLE WITHOUT WIFI...!! Poor poor service I wasted so much airtime trying to get to their client services ...STAY AWAY FROM KIKLO

STAY AWAY!!!! This is the most ridiculous company I have ever come across. Unprofessional and basically a scam. A kiklo unit was installed in my home and i soon noticed I only had coverage for half the house. This is also a very small house and not at all an issue I would have expected. I was rudely told that the issue was my walls!!!!!!!! Not before installation or before taking my monthly payment, did they mention that walls were a problem (also please show me a house without walls) shocking!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM.
