We had a wonderful experience with these guys. They do an amazing job and have best interests for all the animals. Nothing negative to say just which the process was a bit faster. Regardless if I want to adopt again I'll definitely be back.

We adopted from here and the staff was amazing. They offered advice, were stringent in their processes to ensure their animals go to a good home and most of all the animals are loved and cared for here.

Had a wonderful experience here. Went to visit a kitty and come home with 2. Both have settled in nicely and are the most loving kitties. A plus is their store on the premises everything is much cheaper and the range is fantastic.

adopt dont shop, I have 2 beautiful pecks from kitty an puppy haven. they really care for pets an I'm so happy to have these fur babies in my life. All thanks to them.

Overall not a great experience. Booked an appointment on the phone, told to bring my family to see dogs. On arrival, family told to stay in the car. Completed the same questionnaire we did on the phone in person. After all that, we were told that they didn't have medium-sized dogs for us. We wanted to support this place but we won't return.

Don't even try calling, you'll be shut down by the most patronizing and condescending women on the planet before you get a word in. We have both a cat and a dog (both adopted from other shelters) who are extremely happy but were shut down by this woman from the minute she answered the phone. We just wanted to give a loving home to another kitten but apparently that's absurd to kitty and puppy haven.
