He was flexible and extremely accommodating to make sure the right solution was implemented, and he went above & beyond to ensure I am comfortable and all questions were answered. Bryan is also fantastic and very easy to coordinate the actual work with. Highly recommend!

This man is a thief, he took my microwave just after lockdown last year! He said he is struggling to find the parts, I asked him to return my microwave or return it so I can take it elsewhere for repairs, but he keeps ignoring me!!!
These guys are very professional. Very good service. Good work and reasonable charges only . They even send the invoice via email which is very rare in the case of repairs. Really recommend them. The Technician came at my house he was very professional. Will contact them again in future as well
The initial service is good until you have to recall them them to fix an item that was already repaired by them, they treat you as if they are doing you a favor, I found that very unprofessional, the after repair service is just as important, customer service definitely needs to improve
They took my machine and microwave to fix it and wasn't sure if they were going to bring it back working. Now both working fine. Tnx guys for good job

Do not contact them . They took our machine away for 2 weeks. Did no repair or replace and got it back after 2 weeks in same condition. Also charges high call out charges for nothing. So basically they are trying to make money out of call out charges without doing anything to the machines.
Brilliant service. We had a problem with our fridge. Technician Bryan visited our place in under an hour, cleared the fridge on his own, did the service and explained the issue patiently. Unlike other mechanics, Bryan didn't throw around big words or technical terms or ask us to replace any parts. He gave us options of what we may need to replace in the future if things don't work out. Highly recommended
