Amazing service. Dealt with Andre and he was amazing. Super efficient. And Midway Glass was by the far the most affordable option. Will definitely do more business with them in future, and the ones reading this should do the same :)

They deserve a 0/5 for service. The product is exactly what I wanted but the service was a disgrace. They cut a 98cm mirror for us and when we went to collect, Lloyd Leyland doesn't even greet his customers (first and foremost). Secondly, Lloyd was asked if they could wrap the product, put it in a box, SOMETHING....It is a mirror after all and I AM BUYING A PRODUCT FROM YOU THAT I EXPECT TO BE PACKAGED (reasonable expectation). Lloyd said that "you were supposed to bring a blanket". 1: what the hell? How do you sell something without making sure its adequately protected? 2: You didn't mention anything about bringing my own packaging when I was ordering on the phone. 3: Lloyd Leyland was very rude about it. He told us that: "He can't feed us that information". So if you don't, who must? There's no website, nothing that tells me that but even from a customer service perspective, you treat them with kindness and respect Lloyd Leyland is rude and arrogant and acts like he is doing his customers a favour. He forgets that customers pay for the service and product.

Never had a problem with anything I've purchased from Midway Glass. This time it was my Kombi mirror. They cut the glass and fitted it perfectly. Thanks, guys!

lloyd very arrogant, doesn't give a hoot about customers. They seem to think they're doing you a favour. Do yourself a favour and use someone else
