Your service is utterly disgusting! I own two properties, one insured through Guradrisk and the other through you ACLOWNS! I am moving to a new insruance broker and have decided to consolodate my insurances. I sent the Notice of cancellation, together with proof of new cover to YOU and Guardrisk at 14:30 On Monday. At 16:30 on the same day Guardrisk confirmed cancellation. At 14:00 Yesterday, I recevied "My requested policy information documents" This, is something that I did not request, and as yet........going on 48 hours later, I am no closer to getting any sort of confirmation that my request has been dealt with!

We currently have 2 bonds with SAHL. Experience with them was good. I have recommended them to 2 friends who took out bonds with them. Where they go south is their insurance division. 3 weeks now we have been waiting. Assessor came out but so far, not a single email about it. I've lost faith in them completely since I expected same service as for the bond. If you do take out a bond with SAHL, avoid SAHL Insurance for homeowners at all cost. Not worth the grief.
