Friendly but like other review, I was unhappy with their reluctance to even consider charging us differently when needing to hire scaffolding for and extra 3 days. Initially hired scaffolding for 1 week then 2 weeks and needed scaffolding fo additional 3 days. I asked if we could just pay for the extra 3 days but they point blank refused and insisted we pay for week. SPRINGBOK YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER. I need scaffolding again and other constuction equipment later this year and have already found a supplier not even a km away who accomodates their customers. "LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMER ELSE SOMEBODY ELSE WILL"
