It's a country club. I went there for dinner. Several typical Swiss dishes on the menu. The Courier restaurant serves cheese fondue in winter. These days it's more cosmopolitan than straight down the line Swiss. Other good choices of food to suit most palates. Well priced. Weekend and other specials. Good vibe and child friendly. I thinks it's a little little known hidden gem.

I visit there once a month, a get-together of a group of senior Swiss citizens. The food is always good.

Old establishment Very neat and warm. Has a indoor bowling alley which looks like it’s hardly used. Indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely serene setting with kids play area and jungle gym. Has a bar/restaurant/conference room. Had a 2 day company conference here. The first day a light lunch was served which was really good with pies, samoosas, chicken, sausages etc. I was catered for very well being a pescatarian. Our choice for dinner was also quite delish which was a braai option served with yummy salads papa/mushroom sauce and to end of with a a winter dessert in summer - nevertheless which was good. Our light breakfast which was mainly sweet, then tea time sandwiches and lunch which was also yum. I will recommend this venue for conferences etc however the security needs to be improved as one of my staffs Ranger was stolen on the first night.

Awesome food! Not many people were there so it felt a bit funny eating alone. Apparently not many people know that it's open to the public (non-members). Friendly staff and high standard Swiss food!

Recently taken over by new management, and seems to be a bit more lively. Strict Covid protocols have been followed and there's a wide open area for kids to play etc. Has a good mix of traditional Swiss food and now features a few curries and biryanis. One of my favourite mutton bunnies in Gauteng and one of Midrand's hidden gems, a must visit!
