What a wonderful cooking course! The great thing about Rany is that she makes sure you understand so when you go home you can really make these authentic dishes. I loved her approach and her honesty. The food was delicious and an extra bonus is that you get to purchase all the asian products right there and then! I am already looking for the next course to book at Umami Food Studio! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Delectable Oriental Salads This is my 3rd class with Rany and I just can’t get enough. The innovation of her recipes is sublime and her thorough teaching methods make everything so accessible and unintimidating. In addition to that, it’s a one stop shop. If you want to take your newly acquired skills and try them at home, all of Rany’s products are available for purchase and you are guaranteed to leave with bags laden with sauces, condiments and the best soy sauce you’ll ever taste. I can’t wait for the next class! Thank you Rany for bringing quality Asian cooking to our homes.

We just did the Vietnamese Street Food class, was absolutely amazing! Good small sized group (12) covid protocols followed, and easy way follow along. A taste explosion, and you leave with all you need to be able to recreate the experience at home. Thanks Rany - we'll definitely be back for the Dumpling and Thai classes soon!
