Carla is the most amazing teacher, patient and not driven by anything else but the best you as an individual can do. There are gradients in posses which you can do and slowly go up the ladder or if you are older and just want what you can do that is also fine. With a teacher like that one cannot help make progress in a sustainable, fun and healthy way!
