Absolutely great beach. Kilometres of walking beach with the most beautiful waves. Sometimes you are lucky and can see dolphins playing in the waves or whales blowing nearby. Also good angling spots.

Access to beach. Not the best beach to swim in the area as the beach is not guarded by life savers. Wonderful to start a walk on the beach with wide open beaches with low tide, stretching up to 15 kilometres towards Vleesbaai. Used as access point to the beach for many fisherman fishing from the beach.
Delightful, quiet hospitable little town.
This is a beautiful beach, but has some dangerous currents that you must be ever aware of when trying to swim. To get to the beach you can either take a route along the dune or the stairs. Be aware that the stairs to was away from time to time due to the rough sea.
Just an absolutely beautiful beach for a walk or a picnic. Swimming is not advised and actually dangerous here due to strong currents.

Beautiful beach. Not good for swimming but great for fishing or a walk along the beach. Great for dogs as well.
