Poor service. No one keeps you updated about your parts. Waited 2 weeks for my filter housing, phoned them, they told there was a problem at the warehouse. Waited another week for my housing just to find out it was never sent because it was cracked. Ordered a steel one as a replacement, doesn't even look like the plastic housing. Now I'm sitting with a steal housing that doesn't fit my truck. I've been waiting a week for my refund still nothing is happening. Will never buy from them again.

And now that the owner answers, we have paid 100% of the order of the filters and we have not received anything, we only want our money and that we are going to solve it with legal actions as you deserve We have paid you 53,000 rand and it has been more than a month and you still do not answer or answer our calls, so you know that you are in the hands of the lawyers and the police as well.... HOW you can lie ,so give the telephone number of the transport company ,it is very easy ,you are liars and robbers ....ok is not 10 days is 45 days front payment and you say also don't scare of the police and receiver of revenue ....very nice
Another month goes by, no replacement filters arrived nor have we received our refund as promised. Hendry strings you on every single day as if this is a game to him. The owner made promises last year to step in and have the problem rectified but still nothing came out of it. I have sent emails and gotten no response from these guys. Every single day is a new excuse. I have been waiting for my order for over a month now and their salesman Henry continuously lies that the delivery is leaving and refuses to take my calls or give me the owners number. I have explained to him that order is for a hospital and the importance of it but nothing gets done. Lie after lie Still no waybill or communication since last chat with Dennis the owner after committing once again to getting the correct order and promising to have his staff drive to the depot last Thursday. Another day goes by 21/12/2020 Henry refuses to respond to my follow up message and I can't get a hold of anyone to assist. Unbelievable.......
