I have been with this company for the last 5 years and to date have experienced one or two glitches but it was promptly resolved. They are very helpful and even had higher management make sure things run smoothly. They are efficient and I the have never ever paid from my pocket. Works brilliantly and will be using them for my new projects. Thanks Mattew Sanassai

If I could give 0, I would have. The WORST prepaid company to manage your electricity usage. I warm you whom are reading this, do NOT let Emabya manage your tenants electricity, they will NOT pay you what the tenant has bought. I have lost over R30K so far for this year on one flat alone! You have been warned. But that's not all, I'll tell you what the court decides, and it still won't stop there. Enough is enough.

Asked for account department to contact me in March 2020. It's September 2020 and still no contact made. Haven't received payment for few months and even though municipal account reads more than they pay monthly. Just tried to get hold of account department again and still can't get through. Once again being told that they will give the message through to have them contact me. Very very very poor customer service. Want my prepaid meter removed. I will rather go over to Tswhane prepaid meters!!!

If I could give a zero..... Just paid R150 for prepaid power and got 20kwh for my trouble, on a Thursday afternoon at 16:45. Really? More than R7/kWh? What on earth is going on?

My tenant had problems with the keypad for his electricity meter on 05/01/2019 A case number was opened and Support kindly helped him but now I need resolve on the faulty keypad. I've sent an email and followed up with a phone call on 09/01/2020. I was told Technical Department will contact me the next day. This did not happen. I phoned again on Monday 13/01/2020. I spoke to a lady in about another query and asked her to check the status on my case number. I was told again, Technical will get back to me. All I wanted to know is, can I bring the keypad in for testing. She said NO I can not bring it back.Technical will phone me back, they are very busy. Well guess what... Today, Thursday 16/01/2020 they are still very busy cause I have not received a Phone Call or email. JUST NOTHING!!! If your Technical Department is too busy to phone me back, they are clearly over-worked or their time management sucks.....

I wish I had read the reviews sooner, they have the worst customer service and customer turnaround. You have to Beg and Nag to get any assistance from them. I would recommend to anyone who wants a prepaid meter to NOT go with Enbaya Prepaid Meters.

They are not even worthy of a star honestly they are the worst company to deal with at a time of a pandemic they keep closing the water apparently it's a problem on the meter same as last week. Shouldn't the company follow up?

They consume electricity quickly and take time to respond to any queries. This is the worst provider I have ever use
