Great selection of goods until you cannot find what you where actually looking for. Some brands can be restricting in what they end up putting on the shelf. It is also not as cheap as one may expect for a mega store like Builders. Online shopping is ok until you see the shipping costs which are astronomical. Makes sale items not so special any more.

Always had a good experience in this shop staff is friendly and willing to assist.there is room for improvement on the collection side though there's 1 security who harrassed me in front of my kids because of a receipt say I must have 1 before going in when I explained the receipt was already inside with my wife still don't want hear me out. Apart from that always had a good experience I would recommend their products to any 1 very strong and high quality

Why is it more important for staff to be on whatsapp and watching videos instead of helping customers? Exceptionally poor customer service, but I can just think that the branch manager is sitting in his or her office doing the same.

It literally says two days ago the trading hours were updated by the bussiness itself and it opens 7 am, yet I'm standing here and it is still closed at 7:25, nice guys
