The old Indian guys was very rude. They pushed me from pillar to post, refusing to give me a refund. When they noticed that I was recording the conversation, their attitude changed dramatically. My money suddenly appeared, yet all along, I had been told at 08h00 to wait for 11h00 for my refund because they didn't have cash. May I note that this was the 2nd consecutive day that I was subjected to this kind of a treatment in the very same store.
