Global Paws deserve a 5 star. Marinda was really fantastic, and was with us all the way. Our fur baby Leila arrived safe and sound in Australia. She has settled down with the family and she is now one of their own. It was sad we were unable to be there on her arrival but really looking forward to seeing her when we are allowed into Australia. Can't wait.... Thank u once again I highly recommend Global Paws.

Toinette and the team from Global Paws were brilliant. My two cats Suzy and Toby flew from OR Tambo on KLM via Amsterdam to Moscow and then on to Novosibirsk (Siberia). A long trip over many days but they arrived safe and sound. Thank you team - we are all extremely happy to be together again.
We worked with Michelle from Global Paws who assisted us with moving our fur babies from Johannesburg to Spain. I can honestly not fault our experience with Global. We were always kept well informed throughout the process and were always aware of developments which were happening. Their care towards our pets and most sincere handling of our move (especially during covid) was more than we could have asked for. I would without doubt recommend Global Paws.
Global Paws are exactly what they say they are. Leana was my consultant, professional, caring, compassionate and it didn’t matter how many questions I asked, or how stressed I became, she was with me every step of the way, and put my mind at ease. After 7 months of kenneling, Pebbles finally arrived at her new home in Phuket a relaxed and happy dog. I cannot thank you enough for taking such great care of my baby.
Global Paws has been incredible and to top it off, this was all during a pandemic. Yesterday, my cat arrived in London from South Africa. It was clear that she had been treated with care and adapted to her new environment very quickly. Thank you so much to Nadine Matthee, who handled my case and was there for all the highs and lows of the last few months. Thank you to Marinda who answered my after hours call and went out of her way to help me when I was a blubbering mess. To the rest of the Global Paws team, the ones who transported, looked after Pip and sang to her on her birthday in the cattery - THANK YOU. I am so, so glad I chose to go with Global Paws. A group of professionals who very clearly love animals.
Nadine Matthee at Global Paws was our special angel handling all the travel arrangement for our princess cat, Bella. Nadine really went above and beyond to ensure that Bella got to us in under a week when BA didn't book Bella on the same flight as us. We got to video call our baby during her time away from us thanks to Donovan at Global Paws in Krugersdorp. The entire end to end experience was done from a place of love and care for which we are all so grateful. I highly recommend Global Paws for your fur baby travel needs. They are the best!!!
We had a wonderful experience working with Global Paws. Our representative Candice was so proactive, attentive, and personable with relocating our cat from the Unites States to South Africa. The import process was worry-free, even with some last minute changes! Despite a 6 hour time difference, all of my emails and questions during the planning process were addressed quickly, and there was constant communication on the wellbeing of our kitty once he arrived in country ahead of us!
