It was nice and quite, and clean. The dam was like a mirror, however, we saw no animals

Best place for chilling with family and/friends and have a braii with drinks,and for fishing I enjoyed the swing,the drive around we got to see animals,took nice pictures around there.Entrance fee is only R20.00 beautiful place to visit.

Sandford is a good fishing site

I was visiting this place since 1988 it was clean. On activity places the grass was always nicely cut and roads were well maintained.Now this place a terrible.

Enjoyed the fishing. However gravel road leading to Sandford Caravan Park needs urgent attention. Road in bad condition for people with small cars, and can't be good on Caravans. Blocked drain at toilets were fixed, but NO electricity inside ablution block on Saturday evening. Is load music allowed at the caravan park, even to continue right through the night.
