I booked in my car for a major service on the 2.10.20 ...Job number 2255. First i was promise that they will phone when the car is ready for collection, which they didn't do. Secondly after phoning and was told tis...i had to wait for quite sometime. Thirdly...when the car was and ready after paying, i realise that the light is still on. The manager get hold of the mechanic who fiddle with my car and eventually fail to reset the light. The manager told me he will call once he got an instrument from the other branch and he never did. I went there on the 13.10.20 again they tried to reset and fail...they had a long story as to why which didn't make sense. All in all i had a bad experience with Car Care Clinic...i don't know what i paid for because at Renault i had to pay and show proof that my car was really service for them to reset it.

Thank you Dirk Collins for professionally resolving my issue with the oil filter. However I would suggest upskilling your front office staff on handling customer needs.

The worst experience with Car Care Clinic ever! The Comaro Crossing branch people do not know what they are doing! I took my car in for a routine service and on collection was told that I needed to change my light switch as my headlamps were still not working. My mistake was that this was not written on my invoice. I left and went to get the part. I opted to have someone else fit it in only to be told that I didn't need to buy the part as the old one was working and that Car Care Clinic basically asked me to buy a part I didn't need to buy. On going back to the branch, Justin the manager basically denied telling me to go buy the part and said that it was their 3rd party auto-electrician's fault. He basically denied everything and didn't offer any solution at all. He basically said he couldn't help me after telling me about the switch! On calling the customer care center, I was basically told that there is nothing they can do because this wasn't recorded on the invoice. To add to all of this, they messed up the basic service that they were doing on my car. My car hasn't been driving well since I took it there. I've now been booked in for a return check-up at the head office branch and honestly I'm nervous. Car Care Clinic Comaro Crossing is a no go! Take your car there at your own peril! Justin the manager is a liar, he is unhelpful and he and his team don't know what they are doing! I've lost trust in the brand as a whole and this was the last time servicing my car at Car Care Clinic!
Sent my Ford Fiesta in for a service and Dirk was super efficient and very knowledgeable. Great work done with a great price!!! Thank you.
A little expensive but what car repair isn't, but the service is good and the staff will not do a half job. Trusted workmanship.
