Very professional right through from start to Finnish. They listened to my needs and designed a beautifil kitchen within my budget, I was always kept in the loop of when what is happing. installation was done quick and neat. i would definitely recommend Franzen Quality wood.

I read a bad review on Facebook, but thought it was a while ago and you never know. I experienced everything mentioned in the review and more. It has now been 3 months since the original installation date and almost 5 months since we paid a renegotiated 70% deposit and they set today as probably the 5th "final" day and didn't even show up or contact us. They sell their service, but we didn't experience any of it. We were never shown samples except when I insisted. I was hoping to do more business with them, but unfortunately this was the worst service provider that I have ever experienced. All in all a very disappointing experience.
