We used the services of lumber and lawn Paarl as it was the only option but I have to say our experience over a number of years was very poor. The staff are sullen and unhelpful the owner always finds more things wrong then what the machine went in for always ended up being extremely expensive. The owner parks his car in front of the building which has limited parking resulting in customers having to lug heavy equipment further then need be. I am so happy that I have moved and will never have to use their services again !
Had to speak to 3 different staff members about the same part I was looking for. They were all within reaching distance of each other. They were simply justifying their own existence by keeping me from the one staff member who could actually help. Turns out the supplier w as closed for stock taking. Wasted 30 minutes with no results to show for it. Slow and inefficient staff. Poor service.
