The guides were helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our rafting experience. The manager Jaco was very rude and unhelpful. Life jackets were dirty and smelled bad. We had to disembark at a dodgy section of the bank of the river, cannot understand why the management would choose such an area for disembarking. If the management can learn people skills the business can go far.
It was a good river rafting experience, but they should appoint an extroverted manager with people skills. There were a few cringeworthy moments where I couldn't overlook the rudeness towards some clients.
Friendly and fun! Came here because of Hyperli voucher, so cost effective. The guys who takes you out for river rafting were superb and hilarious.

Great experience on the river with the tour guides. Terrible customer service from the front desk guy. Life jackets had a terrible smell. They unfortunately sell expired cold drinks. Tried returning it for a refund and we were told that they perfectly fine and won't kill us. They expired 09 Jan 2020
Total disregard for time. And not this is communicated before hand.
