This branch particularly: Not sure what happened here guys. Staff are cool, so is service, but the setup? Usually you guys are so jacked up. How do you cram so many girls in a chicken-coop like setup like that? Why is the TV facing them instead of the patrons? You need bigger offices here!! They sit even worse than call centre style (which will normally attract unnecessary chatter). Come on guys. I wouldn't have been dissatisfied if this was a government or non-profit organization. There's plenty funds here

The service from this place is horrible. The attitude that the staff has is unbelievably horrifying. They dont give out full disclosure and ask for cash when they were suppose to call the medical aid and do their job. Everything is about cash cash with them. The lady named Charlene shouldn't be working there. She screams at the patients and speak so abruptly. She didnt want to provide me with her name as apparently she does not have to. She walks out while arguing. People like this shouldn't even be working with patients. Desrai from the front desk should give full disclosure to patients. This place is not recommended to anyone.
