It fine but due to the pandemic of covid 19 it not easy to get help . I wake up by 3 o'clock in the morning but a was number 35. and I did not get helped .the worker like brother Collen ,Coka and the manager of traffic department the one go with mercedes and others are try their best to assist the public. I noticed that this place need to be extended and get more workers

Supervisor at office so rude didn't even listen to my problem just said to come back tomorrow. Even though I tried to explain the reason I can't come back the next day.....
The cramped premises was crowded with loiterers seeking shelter inside from the sun. When eventually I got service I was told that my fingerprints didn't match ?? Surely a department IT problem! I was then required to go through the procedure again. On returning to Piet Retief, I was informed that the documents were in Mbombela!!
You should know someone who knows someone to enter or have an appointment
Service it's average, better be there in the morning when they open or 30 min before they close
Waited for 4 hours just to be inside for 2 minutes they need to speed up and work faster or get more people to assist the public
Very poor, no shelters to stand under It was raining People push in and no one tell them to go to the back Staff is very rude and not helpfull More time and staff have to be working to complete undone licenses (that could not be done by Lockdown) now only same days for some lisences
