I got my engagement ring , wore it for about a year and a half and the main diamond fell off. Obviously no refund. It was "my" mistake. And the replacement of the diamond costs more than we bought the whole ring for originally. And one of my pand diamonds also fell off and I got it this year. Poor workmanship and a money making place.
