A recent visit for supper and a celebration at Jaipur Restaurant proved very disappointing indeed. The menu and the food served is very boring- having been to the restaurant on many occasions before, nothing changes. There wasn't one single dish on the buffet that was a wow! The voice on seafood is such a let down- the prawn rice dish had no prawns, the crab curry had crab legs without any meat in them the fried fish was baby hake which is the cheapest available. The pastry starters were nothing but pastry, I had no idea what was inside as I could only taste pastry. To top off the evening our waiter was particularly unfriendly and it seemed that even when we were ordering drinks that we were imposing on him! The restaurant is in desperate need of an overhaul- staff, menu, food, tablecloths, decor. I believe in paying a fair price for a meal- after eating at the restaurant I feel like I have been ripped off. I certainly did not get food to match the price that I was paying
