I called for information about the laser hair removal and the lady had to audacity to comment to the person with her that she doesn't like me. That was uncalled for! In the service industry customer service is of the utmost importance, but obviously not the this lady!
As a doctor, this was a shocking experience to go through. The doctor Who saw me had the worst bedside manner. No greeting, no introduction. No empathy. Came across very argumentative. Poor clinical examiner. Charged 400. Go somewhere else
