Not surprised about the comments about the staff. Sort out your staff! They don't assist you at all, you end up walking the entire store aimlessly with no one asking if you need help. What a disgrace. I had to wait around half an hour just to get assistance, and the guy went to assist someone else when I was waiting first.

This mall is clean and organised. At most shops I've been to the service has been great. I must point out though that if you intend to visit than you must be fit because of the stretch between certain shops which in my could have been grouped, like banks for instance. Otherwise I love the place. It keeps me coming back

I have noted that certain items at this store are poor in quality. My kids recently received GTZ hover boards as a gift for Christmas from a family member. We opened it on Christmas day and the kids used it for the first time on boxing day, the one hovers boards wheel almost immediately came off. I took back on the 27th December and ask them to exchange, after waiting for ages for someone to assist, the guy that arrived did not have any knowledge on the product. He then asked the Tevo sales person to test it, who confirmed the unit was faulty. They then contacted a manager to do an exchange but realised they had no more units. To cover themselves they then wanted to book the unit in, which by the way was used practically once, I demanded they change it or give me a refund since I had the original till slip. They point blank refused saying a credit card was used and they had to give me a voucher. I advised them that I don't usually shop at their store due to the poor service. Anyway after some arguing I just took the voucher and opted for the Tevo hover board, the zingo move 2.0, which is a much better product but the sad part was I had to cough out R 1300.00 more. In conclusion if you are forced to purchase from this store please be careful on the products you choose and check the return and credit T's & C's.
