Extremely helpful and excellent service. They not only helped me to choose the correct products but assisted me if finding a reputable carpenter as well.
The experience was a nightmare at this shop...the person who said he was an owner of the place actually defends the wrong his staff does. Wrong boards were quoted and cut for me,only realised when I picked it up that it was not the same thing I ordered. The owner lied and said that they were all labeled. His attitude is unbearable,I had to show my attitude as well because he was not going to help me anyway,couldn't rectify his mistake. He is just good at insulting more than talking sense,just shows how some people were brought up!
