Contacted them and noticed them that there link to thatch tiles doesn't work and if they could contact me. I've not heard from them at all. UPDATE - when I called, Greg was very helpful and responsive. The quote was very reasonable, the instalation team we super and i am very happy with the result. I h!ve changed the rating to 5 stars.
