Decent little KFC in the Scottsville shopping mall. Unfortunately doesn't have a drive through but if you looking for a place to sit and eat your KFC this place isn't too bad. Not a place to go to if you are in a rush however because quite often it is very busy. Thus showing its a popular eatery in Scottsville. The hard working staff try and get the food out as quickly as possible while still maintaining the quality of KFC

They dont even deserve a star. Called through an order to Sindile and went to collect it. One of the two meals ordered was a crunch master meal, get there and am told that they have discontinued the crunch master. Never mind that they could have let us know this on the phone and it didn't quite make sense as I literally ordered and received one from the KFC in Commercial road yesterday. The service sucks and the whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Will definitely stick to Sanctuary Road KFC going forward.

The service at this KFC is not good, it is highly unprofessional, they do not give attention to customers and they have an attitude, they present themselves as tired people who are annoyed by the coming in of customers. They did not give me any attention when they called out my order number, they did not take the order ticket but they were calling out my number.

The place is phenomenon. Although it is surrounded by a lot other franchises like Rib co, Debonairs and Rocco Mama's, it still stands out as one of South Africa's traditional franchise. I guarantee, you will be licking fingers non stop.
