6th January 2020 seen to by a lady and measurement done for compression stocking calf length. Stocking only needed for ONE LEG, and letter from surgeon definitely stated stocking required for only ONE LEG. I asked for another stocking to be ordered so that when ONE stocking in the wash I would have another. The lady didn't bother to inform me that two stockings are in a box. Angry two boxes, four stockings. What a waste of my money. Listen to your client and communicate correctly
