Excellent all round.After trying to install my fireplace myself and the roof catching fire I got in touch with Marksman. I got great advice and their installation was perfect.
I bought an infiniti fire place from them and it was the worst investment of my life. I see neither Infiniti Fire or Marksman have a Facebook page despite displaying a Facebook icon on their web page. I was told by Craig to use a plastic broom and collector to empty my fireplace...and then I must carry it through my home to get it out of the house- no ash tray. My domestic worker emptied the ash into my compost box and the whole plastic box caught alight the other day. So not sure how he feels comfortable making the suggestions he does. The dials are so difficult to gauge. I paid R30000.00 for a fireplace that infuriates me every time I use it. Ash falls out when you open the door - the cavity is so small that you have to constantly be filling it and everything you open ash falls out. I bought an Amnesti Fireplace from a company in Pinetown for a third of the price and it works so much better than this awful infiniti fireplace. Honestly the worst.
Do not touch them with a bargepole . Zero client service at all. You will have to chase them and beg for service . Rather use Fires and Braais in Howick
Thank you Marksman for cleaning my Jetmaster! I hadn't been able to use it as smoke bellowed into my lounge as it was clogged up! Craig's team, Sizwe and Siyanda, came and swept the flue, serviced it, made it look brand new again and left the place spotless!! A big thank you, I am enjoying a lovely fire tonight!!
I have a Megamaster Geneva fireplace. The door seal rope was worn. Marksman replaced at good price and were very efficient! Keep up the great service! Your company will be recommended. Tom Groesser.
