Been using them for 18 months. No stock of supplies means I often cannot use my printer. Currently been waiting 12 days for a printer cartridge. Don't follow agreed upon solution to problem. Looking for another supplier

Don't even waste your time find another supplier even Telkom is far better than this. Never once received a detailed statement, I just see when they run their debit orders can't even dispute their charges.

I would not recommend Midlands Communication. Their service is very poor and they do not have the necessary skills to configure a PABX system properly. This has resulted in many missed calls from existing and prospective clients.

Management and staff have no clue when it comes to customer service delivery - calls are never returned, emails are never replied to, promises are never kept. Unprofessional, unreliable, do not waste your time dealing with them.
