My friends and I decided to purchase a big boss meal with three flavours, went in store and it was totally chaos. Mr D drivers bringing their customers orders back, manager making staff pay for messed up orders. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we Ordered, waited awhile, bring the pizzas home only to discover that we have incorrect pizzas. Tried calling their store but they keep cutting the call. Eventually get through just to advise them of their mistake and to be more aware whilst preparing order but they didn't seem to care or handle the situation well at all! This was the final straw for pizza hut pmb.

My family and I walked into Pizza Hut Liberty Mall pmb. We saw another family sitting and eating there pizza at there table. We ordered our pizzas and a stuff member Sanitized our table and told us to take a seat. Our pizzas was ready and I was approached by the manager. He told me that we are not allowed to eat our pizzas in the shop. I then asked him how can another family eat there pizza in your store and we are not allowed to eat instore. I am very unhappy that my family and I was treated in such a bad manner. This store is very unprofessional and everyone needs to be retrained on customer service. I will definitely not recommend PIZZA HUT Liberty Mall pmb to anyone.

Dont waste your time ordering online.... They accept your order only for the Store to call and say they cant deliver as you not within the 5km radius (no mention of any radius on website or an option of delivery fee) Basically they dont deliver to the poorer areas....International brand....local management

The lady taking orders didn't know what she was doing as she gave us the wrong order.The pizza was terrible I will never order there again.

Always enjoy their pizza, Except for a few previous delivery issues. Hopefully this is now sorted out.
