All of my interactions with Victor at Intercity Auto Movers were exceedingly positive. He always responded professionally and promptly to my queries and was very helpful in arranging to move my vehicle from Cape Town to Durban. Drop off and pick up was easy enough and the car arrived on schedule in good condition. They weren't the cheapest quote I received but I had more peace of mind entrusting my vehicle to this owner run business.

After reading all the amazing reviews of this company I had no doubt in my mind that I would be satisfied. To my surprise ,I only had a once off communication the day before. I was asked by Reggy to bring my car in earlier as there is another pick up on the way. This was no problem at all. I expected to be informed of the arrival of my car the Thursday so I could fetch it as soon as possible at the Depot. I waited and waited.. nothing. I emailed Reggy to ask for time of arrival. He responded saying that my car had arrived lastnight already. At this point I was again irritated as I could have made prior arrangements in getting my car earlier out of the residential area which is the depot. I was not happy about that..as there is no safety aspect in this. Reggy apologized that this was not communicated (this still didnt make the situation any better) I will unfortunately not recommend this company for those that need delivery for Cape town until there is a depot and proper communication. Unless it was a cheap price then its still reasonable. For the price I paid and I had to do the necessary follow ups, I think its unacceptable. I expected my car to be in some sort of controlled depot, not in a residential area where anything could have happened to the vehicle. Other than that..your car will be delivered very quickly compared to other companies.
