I've always gotta go back to exchange something that they've given me wrong and every time I was check, like are you sure sure? Yup thats the right part, and no, it's not.. my partner knows land roverr parts and will send me to collect but will explain everything to me that he needs me to get thats why I go back and forth them them like, are you sure cause my partner said.... and yup, its always "we're sure" and then there's me trundling back up the hill to change out the part they got wrong again... its really really quite annoying.
